Todd L.W. Doney
Todd was born in Chicago, IL. and grew up in the near-north suburb. After high school, he started his art education at a local community college and then went on to attend the prestigious American Academy of Art in Chicago. Under the guidance of some of the most talented artists in Chicago, Todd graduated in 1982 with a degree in illustration. He immediately started his career with his first commission, a football illustration for Playboy magazine. He has been working as an artist and illustrator ever since.
Along with his gallery work and illustration career, Todd has been a Professor of art at several Colleges in New Jersey and Chicago, where he has taught drawing and painting.
Todd has been represented by Broadfoot & Broadfoot, A Collection of Fine Art since 2003. Their galleries are located at 811 Main Street in Boonton, New Jersey and The 155 Project, 155 Orchard Street in The LES, New York.
